FUTURE PROJECTS

The first step in creating a profitable resort/retreat is to buy a parcel of land in an attractive location at the right price. Such property is always in high demand and sells fast. For this reason, the preparation of a detailed plan for the development of the planned resort/retreat in such place with the further search for investors for the implementation of the project becomes impossible, there is no time for this.

We take a different approach. We have a master plan to build successful and profitable resorts/retreats based on three core principles:
- a significant reduction in the cost of building cabins and lodges while maintaining the necessary comfort;
- a unique entertainment program that attracts guests;
- a unique strategy of selling the resort by clusters to private owners.
Once we find a suitable parcel of land, we assess its prospects based on our master plan. This allows us to quickly assess the profitability of a new project and offer it to investors.
